Sandro Rosell says Arsenal can expect a bid of less than 40 million EURO'S for Cesc Fabregas this summer?

I'd rather lose Cesc than nasri, and if we can get �40mill for him then atleast we can replace him, also i think if he goes, then van persie would be a great captain to replace him
