yes he could have been getting his own seperate Bah aside from his wifes bah.. dont sign oiff on anything that he hasnt been doing.. karma is a *****... smh.. the consequences can be termination of the military for commiting fraud.. but thats up to you because if he is kicked out your daughter & her benefits will be affected also..
