Who saw Funnybot in South Park was Dalek?

I couldn't believe it! Tonight's episode of South Park had Funnybot as a Dalek. He talked like them, had that suction/weapon thingy, and even said exterminate. I didn't know Trey Parker and Matt Stone were Dr. Who fans!
