Is Jordan Henderson really worth a ridiculous £16M?

In Italy,Spain,Germany,France,Argentina,Bra… etc etc Henderson would be a run of the mill midfield 'trundler'. Hell,in Spain he wouldn't even make Barcelona's C team. He is an average footballer and yet he costs this ludicrous amount of money. English football is a joke-technically inferior to most teams in the world now-just look at their under-21's. Jordan Henderson is worth perhaps 4-5M tops.
