Can someone help me digest whats going on in as roma?

Menez is inconsistent, so I can see Roma selling him. But Clichy is as inconsistent as Menez. There's no logic in this. But no offense, Roma don't have enough STELLAR- quality players for Enrique to change the playing style to what Barca are known for. It could work or it could completely screw Roma. I don't really want Roma to go in a downward spiral, I couldn't handle it.
