Alexis Sanchez to Barca for 54 million?

Barca have a transfer limit of 45 million. So if they want Sanchez, Fab and Rossi they need to sell some players. I hope they sell Villa he's 29 and reached his peak. It wouldn't sit well with the supports but I think it would be a good move.
