What can i do about My apartment complex not letting me have internet?

So i have lived in this apartment complex for a couple months and have been trying to get internet, after going through hell and back not being able to get it connected.. i got someone to come out to see what the problem was. Apparently when the apartment people put up the new siding they damaged the wiring to the phone system.. So i can't get internet OR use a land line... i called them to tell them they needed to replace the wiring and they told me no.. I told them it was dangerous to not be able to use a phone incase of an emergancy and they still wont fix it.. In my lease it says i have to right to resonable repairs and if they dont comply i may break my lease. They also wont exterminate and i have ants.. and mold growing which they wont take care of.. what can i do to get out of this?? or get them to fix this stuff????
