Would a guy do this???????

Tell you he likes you want to meet up again, (REPEATEDLY..) and makes big signs he likes you a lot, you make plans to get together, and then stopps answering your text or calls completely. (I realise a number of things could be going on - mY question IS, Would a guy do that.. if he was very shy, MANIPULATIVE perhaps?)
