I live in the US, but I really want to study in London or in Barcelona( I speak Spanish so no worries). I want to major in business or business administration. I want to know if it will be hard to get into a college there. I haven't taken AP classes I'm going to be a senior next year, I got a 24 on my ACT and I have a 2.8 GPA. I used to be in Gifted so If I need to I could take AP classes. So if you have any info please help!
